I am the youngest of three boys that grew up on a small farm in Western North Carolina. Having spent many long days working on the farm, I know the value of hard earned money. I moved to Atlanta in 1975 and have witnessed Atlanta grow into the city of the South. On April14, 1984, I married my high school sweetheart and now have two grown children. We have a son 23 and a daughter 21. My wife Sheryl is an Elementary School teacher of 25 years in Cobb County where we reside. I became a Realtor in 1997. During my 12 years of experience I have become FHA and Va certified. I am also certified in HUD homes, short sales, and foreclosures. For the past 8 years I have specialized in investment property, with the primary focus being on foreclosures and rental income producing property in the entire metro Atlanta area.
